From 5th to 7th October 2023 Giulia Battistoni will take part as a selected speaker in the 4th International Conference of SAFI (Societas Aperta Feminarum in Iuris Theoria), which will be held at the Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, hosting more than 50 scholars from around the world. The topic will be “Punishment“. Battistoni’s talk will be on the theme: Grounding punishment for environmental offences.
